Returns a paginated list of card groups for the current issuing account.

The page number to retrieve. The minimum value is 1, and it defaults to 1.

The maximum number of items to return per page. This number can be between 1 - 100, and will default to 10.

Filter by card group identifier.

Filter by the supported card BIN configured on the card group.

Specifies the sub-account on whose behalf the request is made. This should be set to the account_id, which can be retrieved via the connected accounts API. If omitted or empty, the request is executed using the master account.
